Custom Decal Printing General Information
Before ordering, please be aware that our turn around time is 10-15 WORKING days, not counting weekends and Holidays, and please understand that there are a few orders ahead of you. If you desire decals sooner than that, there will be a rush charge of 50% of your total order added to invoice.
General Information:
1. Please contact Art Decal Enterprises by phone or fax to request a quote for individual PRICES. Please have the following information available when a quote is required: Number of Colors (Spot or Process), Quantity Required, Size of Image(s). Taxes, Setup and Artwork are extra, if applicable. Unusual circumstances in raw material, precious metals such as gold or platinum may result in an increase in prices without prior notice.
2. CERAMIC & GLASS COLORS are stocked in a wide variety of colors, but we cannot guarantee exact color matches. Colors may vary due to firing conditions and the type of substrate. For example; there are many types of glazes used on ceramic products. The type of glaze used may or may not have an effect on the final color of the product.
3. GOLD OR GOLD GROUP COLORS will be requoted if usage is deemed excessive. Pinks and Purples (gold bearing colors) series colors are priced at a premium. Precious metal gold and platinum are also available at a premium.
4. COMPLAINTS other than those involving freight carriers must be made within 15 days after receipt of shipment. Under no circumstances will we accept return of an order unless prior arrangements have been made with our office.
5. Our optimum PRODUCTION TIME is 10 to 15 workdays after receipt of order and/or approval of artwork, depending on size of order. This is subject to adjustment based on volume.

6. ACCEPTANCE of an order for custom products is not subject to cancellation.
7. Purchasers/Customers/Clients assume complete responsibility for obtaining permission for reproduction of logos, copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc.
Art Decal Enterprises will not be held liable under any circumstance.
8. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents and other unavoidable delays beyond our control.
9. Art Decal Enterprises is liable only for decals purchased from Art Decal Enterprises not from Art Decal Corp., and will only replace misprint or defective decals. Check decals, before application, for any errors or misprint. Test fire each shipment before complete decoration. We are also not responsible for any loss due to improper firings and or decoration.
10. TERMS: 40% deposit required when placing your order. Balance of payment due on shipment. As a policy, first orders are always on a C.O.D. basis.
11. Due to a recent change in policy, we are no longer accepting orders by phone. All (inquiries and) orders must be submitted via email or fax.
